All of our Gym & PT Courses are certified by Active IQ, a leading UK awarding body, and are internationally recognised qualifications that meet the high standards of REPs UAE.
You can choose to study online or, for most of our courses, you can choose a full-time study option at one of our UAE venues.
The Level 2 Gym Instructor Course and all of our Level 3 Personal Trainer Courses are all available on full-time course schedules. If you have no prior experience, you can begin your career with the Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification or you can start with one of our combined Level 3 Personal Training Courses. The combined Level 3 Personal Training Diploma courses include both Level 2 and Level 3.
Our Accredited CPD Courses are vital qualifications to consider adding to give you a varied skillset and broaden your career opportunities. Some of our accredited CPDs like Level 3 Pre and Post Natal can be studied online from home, while others like our Level 2 Studio Cycling qualification are also now fully available online, ensuring you can qualify from the comfort of your home or local gym in the UAE.

With our ‘Specialist’ Level 3 Personal Trainer Package you can take advantage of our industry-leading Personal Training combined Diploma (Level 2 and Level 3) plus Level 3 Pre and Post Natal and Level 3 Exercise Referral.
With this Specialist package you will become a specialist trainer, opening up new audiences for you to work with and support in your career or new business.
Our top package is our ‘Master’ Personal Trainer package – this includes everything in the Specialist package plus your choice of Specialist Level 4 Course.
Many of our Accredited CPD qualifications have an entry requirement of Level 2, such as our Level 2 Spin Course, Level 2 Kettlebells Course, and our Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Qualification.
Nutrition for Sport and Exercise Performance enhances on the knowledge gained in your Level 3 Personal Training Course so the entry requirement for this is Level 3.
Level 2 Mental Health Awareness and Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work have no entry requirements.
