You can start from scratch – no prior qualifications needed. The Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates is your starting point, building the practical and theoretical foundations before progressing into Reformer Pilates and the more advanced Level 4 units.

It is positioned as a progression route following Level 3 Exercise Referral.
